Hope you all had a great couple of days. The rain kept us inside for most part – fire on, chilling and playing. Sometimes a lazy weekend is what the doctor orders.

We came across a study which we found pretty interesting and thought you may benefit from knowing as well.

 

 

 

A groundbreaking clinical trial shows we can reduce biological age (as measured by the Horvath 2013 DNAmAge clock) by more than three years in only eight weeks with diet and lifestyle through balancing DNA methylation.

 

Yes, you read that right

A new study provides scientific evidence that lifestyle and diet changes can provide rapid reduction in our biological age

43 healthy adults between 50 and 72 volunteered for the random controlled clinical trial. Over the course of 8 weeks the team tracked diet, sleep, exercise, relaxation techniques and supplemental probiotics and phytonutrient intake  

Ageing is one of the primary drivers of chronic disease and simply eating better, exercising, some good sleep, relaxation and supplementation can go a long way.

Our studio is the anti-gym. We are all about good training, good people and a friendly atmosphere 

Training should feel comfortable. 

Whatever your reason, our introductory package is all about getting you started 

 

What you get 

 

  • A fitness and movement assessment to see where your current baseline is. You gotta walk before you can run

 

  • 4x One on One Personal Training sessions. This is you and the trainer in our private training studio. No one else. In these 4 sessions we go over the fundamentals of training, teaching you both the how’s and why’s of great training 

 

  • A 45 minute nutritional consult, where we sit down and talk you through the fundamentals of good nutrition. What to eat, when to eat, how much, macronutrients and micronutrients 

 

  • 12 fitness camp training sessions. When you’re feeling comfortable and ready we will show you what goes on and how it goes down. BUT only when you’re feeling ready

If you’re reading this and currently not doing any exercise then it’s time to make a change. Obviously we would love for you to come to us at Results but our true purpose is to simply get you moving. Whether it’s the gym, walking, running, yoga, pilates or dancing. 

Exercise (movement) has had such a profound effect on us and I know it can have that on you too.
