It is going to be September (Spring) in a few days time, that means Summer is around the corner! What better, than to do a challenge now leading up to singlet, shorts, bikini’s and speedo’s time.

Whether your goal is to tone up, lose some excess weight, get yourself healthier, eat better, move more, increase the happy hormone or simply give yourself something to focus on for the next little while, this challenge is perfect.

In a nutshell, you will

3. Have a weekly accountability system

4. Receive 21 Metabolic Boosting fat burning workouts

5. Get daily fat loss and health secrets that we have never shared before (the advanced stuff)

6. Additional workouts, specific to your goal

7. Krystie and Paul with you on the journey – yes we will be doing the challenge with you.

We will be offering three different programs of which we will post further details next week to those who sign up, however in a nutshell:

1. Ultimate Fat loss (your go to plan to lose kg’s before summer).

2. Bulletproof wellness (are you sick and tired of being sick and tired – this is the program that first and foremost drops the weight, builds your immune system and puts you in the best possible shape for optimal health and vitality).

3. Everyday health (this is your slow, steady, long term approach to a healthy you).

The price for the seven weeks is $227.50 (same price per week as the four week block).

If needed this can be made into two payments of $130 and $97.50.

The times for the camps are as follows:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 0630-0715

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 1740-1825 and 1830-1915

Monday and Wednesday at 1645-1730
