Many of you reading this will be pleased to know that I (Paul Miller, Bootcamp Hawkes Bay) have lost 4kg since Christmas.

Yes, I like many others over indulged over the Christmas period. I had second and third helpings of Christmas dinner and may have had more than a helping of Christmas cake, pavlova and trifle.

I may have even been slightly inebriated by lunch time on the 25th, 26th and possibly the 27th.

That was then and this is now.

It’s the 20th of January and it’s nearly 3 weeks of eating using our Natural Nutrition System. For those of you who don’t know our Natural Nutrition System, it is based around eating real, nutrient dense foods.

Back to the point – we all have the ability to turn things around and make progress towards your goals whether it be weight loss, performance, general fitness etc.

Our fitness Camps run on four week blocks. The reason we do it like this is because it takes around 30 days to formulate new habits. We give you the tools and training so you can empower yourself to reach your goals.

What we do isn’t some kind of quick fix. Our program consists of strategies to give you lasting results.

Does this mean that after 30 days you can just stop exercises? No of course not, but after 30 days you will find that exercising is just something you do. It’s sub conscious like driving a car. And you like many who come to us may find you end up loving exercise 🙂
