With Day Light Savings, comes warmer evenings, lighter mornings, shorts, skirts, singlets and tans. For those who have not been training over the cooler months, may be starting to consider finding a form of training/movement to get back into.  With so many options out there, there is something for everyone. The most important thing is choosing something you enjoy so you continue (ideally year round).

Movement and eating healthy ideally should be a way of life and not ‘just for Christmas.’ Once good habits have formed, these can and will become part of your daily routine and lifestyle.

Here at Results, we are more about moving well and moving often. With poor movement patterns, discomfort and pain shows it’s ugly head. We offer Functional Movement Screening which addresses this. Our goal is to get everyone to firstly move, but then move well – the way we were designed to. Follow a small baby and copy exactly how they move – can you do this? Can you get from the ground up to standing with no hands? Can you Squat down low with your chest up and stay there comfortably? Functional movement done well so you can be the best version of yourself.

At Results we believe nutrition should be simple; eat what nature intended us to eat. Very little processing, no packaging needed, and optimally single or very few ingredients. Eat a selection of local, fresh, organic vegetables, fish, meat, chicken and eggs, along with limited grains (soaked well). Shop at local Farmers markets.

Within the next month at Results we will be focusing on good habits and re-introducing them into our lifestyle. These will include regular movement – and moving well, including some optional Saturday morning sessions, along with a focus on our Natural Nutritional Plan and healthy recipes. This is designed for everyone. We understand everyone is not the same and do not have all the same needs, however we at Results are adaptable, and can help meet your needs to engage in a healthy lifestyle.
