Food is an emotional drug and unlike many other drugs, it can’t be avoided. You can give up snorting lines, you can give up puffing away the ciggies, you can give up the beers,
BUT you can’t just not eat
The good news is that you don’t have too
You just need to understand how food works
You are in control of what you put into your mouth, not the other way around.
No one is making you eat a whole cheesecake. There is no gun at your head saying if you don’t eat the cheesecake I will be forced to shoot
