How Nick went from scrawny to brawny

Gotta give some credit where credit is due Full disclosure Nick is actually my brother in law and as much as I like to give him a bit of s**t (he’s my brother in law and it’s my duty to, right? 😉 I have to give him credit for another great transformation.  Nick approached me a few months back as his mojo was running on low and he felt pretty meh about the way he was looking in the mirror  He felt tired and flat and considered himself as scrawny  He knew it was time for a change  And this is when project Scrawny to Brawny was born. We started slow building his strength and adding new habits and lifestyle modifications  Just with a few simple changes his confidence grew and grew. Pretty quickly he began to see results  Every session lifting more and adding more reps he began to see muscles popping and lard melting. It wasn’t before long that his ‘’Dad Bod’’ disappeared and turned more – Michelangelo’s  ‘’David’’
Fast forward 10 weeks and he is sporting a rather different look…  Far more chiselled. He added pounds of muscle and torched fat. Nick didn’t start as a big guy but he was ‘’skinny-fat’’… that’s high levels of fat on the inside. But after all his hard work and effort,  Nick dropped his body fat to 12% from the mid 20% mark  Oh and did I mention Nick is 43, has 2 kids and operates a busy business that has him flat out.  The truth is that Nick didn’t spend all day training and he never ate chicken and broccoli out of tupperware. This transformation was all done in two gym sessions a week, some easy nutrition swaps and a little bit of grit  Not too shabby right?  Just goes to show that you don’t need to spend all day in the gym, you’re never too old and if you’re willing to put the effort in then results will come  And guess what?  The best is yet to come  My question to you…  Would you like to transform your body, mind and lifestyle?  Would you like to take on the project Scrawny to Brawny ?
