Saturday afternoon we had a family get together. Krystie took to the kitchen and made a super tasty Moroccan chicken one pot casserole.
If you haven’t heard of Hemsley and Hemsley they are sisters Jasmine and Melissa. Home cooks, food lovers with a passion for clean eating, health and wellness. They have a T.V series, a cafe in Selfridges in London (which I am sure we will be checking out on our visit) and cookbooks that Krystie will tell you really work.
Sugar free, gluten free, grain free, dairy, fill in the blank free. Their book ‘The Art of Eating Well’ is a staple in our kitchen.

Running
Over the last few weekends I have been doing a little running but not this weekend. On Friday I somehow managed to roll my ankle and it was tweaky all weekend 🙁
Instead of running I watched a fantastic documentary on Netflix ‘The Barkley Marathons’

This has to be the toughest foot race in the world. Only 14 people have ever completed the race.
It’s safe to say that this ISN’T on my bucket list. However well worth a watch.
