This is our completely private, one-on-one program. It’s just the trainer and you.
You get a program that is specifically tailored to your needs, undivided attention and 100% focus and guidance in getting you to your goal.
Appointments last approximately 60 minutes
The Burst
Results provides a shorter, compact program for clients that are squeezed for time.
This program is designed to deliver results in a high-energy, faster paced, interval program.
Appointments in the Burst Program are approximately 30 minutes
Fitness Camp
This is our group personal training.
Fitness Camp is designed specifically to melt away unwanted fat in the quickest possible time.
Long jogs, endless crunches and military style drill sergeants screaming orders will NOT be found in this program.
Sessions last 45 minutes
