This isn’t Bootcamp, this is a specialised small group Personal Training program designed for a maximum of 6 people. You will receive more personal attention, greater accountability and a custom program design that you would get with our one to one personal training
This is a 4 week training program where you will complete 8 small group Personal Training sessions.
